Can I arrive a day early? Or stay a day late?

Yes, you may arrive a day early or stay a day late, depending on hotel availability and approval. Extra nights are at your own expense unless otherwise stated. Please confirm your dates in advance.

How do I reserve my spot?

A non-refundable $275 deposit per person secures your spot. Your spot is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! After your $275 deposit, the remaining balance can be paid in bi-weekly or monthly installments leading up to the trip. Klarna & Afterpay are also available. The final payment is due September 30, 2026.

Optional add-ons can be added at any time, subject to availability.

What support will be available during the trip?

Business hours support: Our concierge team, including our assistant, will be available for general questions and coordination.

Emergency line: Available 24/7 for urgent situations such as missed airport pickups, medical emergencies, or safety issues.

Partners will be on-site at events, excursions, and Carnival to manage the group.

Can I choose my accommodation?

Yes! Guests can choose from available options:

  • 1 King Bed Studio — Single or Double Occupancy
  • 2 Queen Double Room — Double, Triple, or Quad Occupancy
  • 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom Suite — Single, Double, Triple, or Quad Occupancy

Availability is limited, so we recommend booking early.

What happens if I want to change packages or occupancy?
  • Changes must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
  • Price adjustments may apply depending on availability.
  • Switching occupancy may require additional payments.
Is transportation included?

The following transportation is included in your package:

  • Airport pickup and drop-off — MIA only
  • Transportation to all included fetes
  • Transportation for optional events is not included, but can be arranged for an additional cost
