Destination Mas — Master Terms & Conditions

Important: These are abbreviated terms. By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full Destination Mas Master Terms & Conditions.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payments: A 25%, 50%, or full payment is required to secure your package. All payments, deposits, and installments are 100% non-refundable.
• Balances: Any remaining balance must be paid by the designated due date provided by Destination Mas.
• Cancellations & Transfers: Client cancellations are non-refundable. Full booking transfers may be requested up to 30 days before the itinerary start date, subject to a $100 transfer fee, required documentation, and Destination Mas approval.
• Third-Party Vendors: Destination Mas acts as a concierge facilitator for independent hotels, mas bands, event promoters, and transportation providers. Destination Mas is not responsible for vendor cancellations, delays, schedule changes, venue changes, or service issues.
• Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, identification, authorizations, sizing information, and all required documentation. Late or missing information may result in forfeiture of services without refund.
• Liability: Destination Mas is not responsible for personal injury, theft, lost property, transportation delays, accommodation issues, event changes, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Force Majeure: No refunds are required for cancellations, delays, or restrictions caused by circumstances beyond Destination Mas's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, or similar events.
• Chargebacks: By purchasing, you agree not to initiate an improper chargeback or payment dispute for valid charges. Destination Mas reserves the right to terminate services and pursue applicable fees and costs resulting from an improper dispute.
• Media Release: Destination Mas and Destination Greatness may capture and use photos, videos, and audio from the trip for promotional purposes. Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the trip.
• Code of Conduct: Illegal activity, harassment, aggression, property damage, or behavior that compromises group safety may result in removal from services without refund. Any resulting personal expenses are the client's responsibility.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with applicable disputes handled in the state and federal courts located within the primary operating state of Destination Greatness.
